This series of handmade wooden boxes aims to encapsulate a feeling of a place that is close to the heart. Made with three family members in mind, each box was laser cut and engraved with the name of the location and the geographic coordinates. They were silkscreened with half-tone images of stunning landscapes taken of that person's favorite place in the world. They were then assembled by hand, with latches and hinges. They aim to showcase a cherished location, as well as store keepsakes and important souvenirs from their time spent there.
